"Really relaxed, knowledgable, and polite. Works fast and efficiently. Repaired and installed a screen door and hung some shelves for me."

"We are so appreciative of the work they did! They were very kind and knew exactly what they needed to do to fix and install our closet door and our shower door. They even went the extra mile by showing us how to fix the closet door and how to remove and clean our shower vent. We are so appreciative of their time and will definitely reach out to them in the future when we need work done on our house. Highly recommend!"

"One of the best experiences I have had with a contractor doing repairs on my home. He came in and gave me an honest assessment of what needed to be done, including items that I was unaware that were in fact needed. He explained the concerns he had and then gave me an estimate of the work. He and his crew were careful to use all Covid safety measures to ensure the health of everyone involved. His estimate for the time it would take and of the price were correct and the job was completed on time and on budget. I would highly recommend him for any repairs."

"G&Z Construction and Repair did an amazing job on our drywall project! From start to finish, they were professional, efficient, and paid great attention to detail. They handled everything from hanging the drywall to taping, mudding, and applying texture — and it all came out super clean and smooth. The walls and ceiling have a beautiful finish, and they made sure to keep the work area covered and tidy throughout the process. I really appreciated how they took their time to get everything just right. If you’re looking for high-quality drywall work at a fair price, I highly recommend G&Z Construction and Repair. You can definitely trust them to get the job done right!"

"Tom installed two steel doors in our home. One door was an exterior door leading into the garage and the other was a "fire door" leading from the garage into the house. Tom did a beautiful installation with high quality products at a very reasonable cost. This guy knows what he is doing, does not overcharge, and works hard. I will not hesitate to ask Tom to help us with other home improvement projects. Tom is truly an artist when it comes to all aspects of home construction/repairs. Thank you Tom! Robert E. "We found McCormick home builders through Angie’s list. They were not one of our original contacts, but they contacted us and came out to give us a quote. Matteo was extremely helpful, informative, honest, and gave us reasonable realistic prices, and did not try to inflate the prices or pressure us in anyway. We felt very comfortable with him immediately. We felt like he was a member of the family that we could just talk to and ask questions he was very personable. He gave us his contact number in case we had other questions and he was always available when we needed him for any type of questions or concerns. Mateo‘s team did a beautiful job. They were fast. They were efficient. They cleaned up beautifully. They did a wonderful job. They were very considerate of our time our needs and our neighbors. They were an absolute pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend Matteo from McCormick home builders for any home building projects, and we will be calling him again in the future!"

"In spite of a break because he tested positive for covid, the Handy Juan completed the rebuilding and installation of my kitchen cabinets in a reasonable period of time. He accomplished exactly what I desired to be repaired. He communicated pleasantly and effectively. He left the area clean and in good order. I would gladly have him back for future projects."
