Rob is a good guy and was able to solve some issues. Brought a helper that was able to crawl around back side of tub and did not need to open rear exterior wall to repair. He appears very busy and would recommend him. <br />"

A job that I described as fixing a leak and ended up with a new water heater. "I’m a plumbing contractor and friends out of the area finally decided on a reptile after their 3rd slab leak. I hadn’t worked with Repipe 1 but had heard quite good things about them. I recommended my friend at least get an estimate. The estimate was $5,000 for a complete repipe of a 4 bed, 3 full bath, 2500+ sf home with two water heaters at opposite ends of the large, single story high end home. I suggested he accept the proposal. Repipe 1 replaced every outside hose bib, every “angle stop” (shut off valve under sinks and toilets), patched every hole they made in the drywall and volor matched the paint perfectly. My company could NOT have don’t the job any better or cheaper. They were there and gone in 2 full days. You would never had known they just did a full repipe. The old pipes was 100% replaced right up to the tub and shower fixtures. Not “stub” of old pipe left anywhere. This was 10 years ago and my friend couldn’t be happier. Never a problem with any of their work. They specialize in one thing, repiping homes. They have it down right. The only reason I writing this review is because we were discussing it today, 10 years later these forums weren’t as available as they are today."

"We called several plumbing companies, but only Drain Master was able to come quickly to fix the leak. The plumber replaced the pipe and also discovered that our pressure gauge was broken, so the water pressure was too high in our pipes, which may have led to the leak. He replaced the gauge, and all is well. We received a discount as Angie's List members."

"The person performing the service had to make several trips because one of the "new" parts turned out to be faulty. I found both Complete Protection and their local repair contractor to be both very responsive and totally professional at every stage of the repair process."

"Benny Zadikian and his son Coco had to replace the pipes behind a shower wall to install an updated shower valve and fix the leak(s). They followed the manufacturer’s instructions to the letter, and they were only satisfied when it was done perfectly according to those instructions. However, the manufacturer’s retro-fit kit was faulty due to a very obvious design flaw. It simply would not fit, even though the instructions and numerous manufacturer’s representatives stated it “should.” Therefore, I had to order a new shower trim and handle, at added expense, due only to the manufacturer’s design flaw – not Benny and Coco’s work. Unbelievably, the new shower trim and handle also had another obvious design flaw and would not fit either! This could have required entirely new piping – until Benny thought of a way to make it work. It was only due to his dedication and creativity that the new shower trim and handle now fit – despite the manufacturer’s second design flaw, which Benny corrected. Fortunately, the hot & cold valve stems were easily replaced. Benny Zadikian and Coco are as dedicated, honest and creative as they are knowledgeable and professional. Their work as impeccable. I referred them to my step-daughter and her family, and they were equally as pleased. I’m glad to say we now have a “family” plumber!"
