"John arrived a bit earlier than scheduled, assessed the situation with the leak we had and determined it was the faucet itself that needed to be replaced. The old kitchen faucet was corroded and after a few minutes of trying to remove it, he simply cut it off. He installed the faucet we purchased and we're very happy now.
