"Had a basement door installed and needed the finish work completed. Kris came and gave us a very reasonable estimate. We contracted Kris and he started our project in a timely manner. He arrived on time with his helper and completed the job in one day. His efforts included finishing the drywall, installing woodwork and painting and staining as necessary. The work performed was outstanding and beyond my expectations. Every detail was exacting and done to perfection. He was very knowledgeable and eager to meet to meet all our needs. "Angel showed up right on time. He painted 2 coats of paint in a bedroom for me. He did an excellent job and just took him apx 3 hours. That included running blowers to dry the first coat. He was very friendly and I would highly recommend him."

"We had Salvador take down our ceiling and insulation in the kitchen and dining room and replace with new. He failed to properly quarantine off the rest of out home and as a result we are 3 days later still cleaning up. He said at the beginning clean up would be done but I guess minimal. He said he didn’t know we would want a deep clean, really? During the renovation I asked him several times that I would help him take down my over the hood microwave but he did it himself and now a have a microwave that doesn’t work and a gas range that has a broken grate and dents. Salvador asked what he could do to make it right and I thought about it o remote. The following morning I looked at my bank account and the check I gave him the following day had been cashed at a currency exchange with in an hour of our previous conversation. When I confronted him about helping the the damaged he said he was not going to. So the long story is don’t make that final payment until you check out all his work. Kevin"

He took a jack and jill bathroom and turned it into a beautiful handicap accessible bathroom and a powder room. 3. Total roof replacement, code compliant. He even installed a new metal roof. 4. Various electrical projects. Certain outlets needed updating, as well as some wiring issues. 5. Using his connections to reputable tradesman with other skills. Terry either fixes it himself or uses his friends and connections to find other tradesman who can get the job done. Fir example, he used a tile man on the bathroom project."
