"I used this **pro** for a roof repair. The shingles used were not even in the same color-way of my roof. A variegated gray-red does not match the warm light brown of the existing roof. Needless to say, I was shocked and disappointed when I got home. As a *professional* it would have been better to Inform this homeowner that they either could not match the shingles (at all-not even close) or show this homeowner the shingles before they started the job. Now, I will have to pay someone to reroof the patch job with the correct or at least a shingle color thats closer to the rest of my roof.
