He kept us notified when he would be here to complete the repair. He was punctual professional and polite. No up selling, Evaluated the roof and provided the information on it's condition. "Andrey and his associate came out and in less than a day repaired the cracks in my chimney and re stucco d the top half. He told me he's be back to paint on Tuesday and showed up right when he said he would. This would have been a 5 rating if when it came time to pay they accepted credit cards as they listing shows. Andrey said they only accepted checks at this time, so reluctantly I gave him one. It throws my budget off as I was planning to have to pay the full amount next month, and get some travel miles in addition. If they are no longer accepting credit card payments they should update their listing and web site. It was worth the price and they did good work, but this left a bad taste in the end"

"We just went thru a hurricane and damage is widespread in our area. Marshall Roofing-Ben contacted us very quickly and scheduled a time to inspect our damaged roof. He came over, inspected our roof and got us an estimate w/ in a hour or so. He said he could schedule us in a week or two. He arrived as promised, with his father- also Ben- and they had the damage repaired in one day. They both came back the next day to clean and seal our whole roof. They did a great job with the repair and the roof looks great after they applied the sealant. They are very professional, personable, and hard working. You can rely on their promises and it was a pleasure to work with them. I highly recommend them for roofing work."

"I paid for new windows. The crew put them in backwards (water drains facing inside the house). They had to come back out and rip all the windows out, put them in correctly, and recaulk (not new windows). Several window sills were busted, not repaired. All the double windows trim buckled. Then, the caulk started to shrink, 6 windows broke (no contact from debris), and 2 windows won't lock (they do not line up right). I contacted Long Home several months ago. They sent out a contractor who investigated the issues. He concluded the windows were handled too much, and they would be replaced under warranty. Christina in the office promised to replace the windows, but nothing has happened. BEWARE. "
