"From start to finish, this was one of the best experiences we have had with any provider. Shelley greeted us warmly when we visited Ormond Granite and Marble, Inc. the first time. She asked us key questions and was incredibly patient as we sought to choose the pattern that would go best with our kitchen. She gave us several samples to take home and match up against our existing backsplash. We confirmed our order, paid 50% of the cost, and about 2+ weeks later Brian arrived to make a template of our kitchen. About 2 weeks later, Brian and several men arrived to install the granite counter tops. I can't speak highly enough of Brian and Shelley and everyone at Ormond Granite and Marble, Inc. They are incredibly professional, friendly, and go the extra mile in providing incredible customer service. The counter directly behind our sink was covered with backsplash and we had originally thought we would be able to keep that. But in dismantling the counter tops, it was discovered that the entire counter directly behind the sink was one whole piece that meant that all the backsplash covering it would have to be removed. There was no other way around it. Brian came up with a great idea for covering that area with granite. Not only was it a great decision, the cut of the granite they placed there made everything look so much better than what we had originally thought, and this was included in the original cost. Our entire kitchen was upgraded considerably and we can't speak highly enough of Ormond Granite and Marble, Inc. We are definitely going to talk them up to all of our friends.
