I set an appointment with Anderson Plumbing, he was right on time, evaluated the situation, and we set a date for installation. He responded on-time with the new tankless hot water system, installed it in one day, cleaned up the work area, and instructed me on the use of the new system. Ken Anderson is a hard working professional plumber. He is very knowledgeable, personable, helpful, and polite. "I called Ron from Certified Plumbing and he came out to our condo to assess the job and give an estimate on replacing our old 22 year old 40 gallon Rheem hot water heater. We accepted the estimate and he called the next week after obtaining a permit and came that Thursday. He called when he was here and started draining the tank. His assistant, Joe, came and they went to work removing the old tank and a prefilter to an existing whole condo water filter. Then they installed the new Rheem 50 gallon tank Ron recommended. It was a tight fit, but Ron made it work. They put in new plumbing and Ron even installed new on/off valves to the water filter. Ron is very knowledgeable and friendly and professional and helpful. We are very happy with Ron’s work and will definitely recommend him and use him in the future."

"I called Chris at Glenn Tatum Plumbing Service to give me an estimate on the cost of installing a hot water heater that we had purchased. He quoted me an amount for installation and that was the amount I paid. He estimated that it would be 2 hours to install and it only took 1 1/2 hours. When Chris took the new hot water heater out of the box he noticed that it was dented, he suggested contacting the store we purchased it from to get a refund or a discount. I did call the store and they were able to give me a discount. I had used Chris from Glenn Tatum Plumbing Service just the month prior using Angie's List coupon and he had done such a great job I called him back.

"After the tankless hot water heater was installed it was throttling the temperature. I called the team and they came out to explain this particular module they installed was ‘demand based’. It required I set the shower to a very warm temperature to engage the water heater or else it would turn off. Seemed strange and untrue since the sinks which have significantly less demand don’t experience this issue no matter how low I turn the temperature. The specialist also suggested it could be my brand new shower head since new hardware can often be low flow. Mine was not but he insisted on removing the gasket for the shower head. Now it leaks and the water still gets cold unless set to very hot. Disappointed."
