"Excellent. I was amazed that the demo and paver installation took only 3 days. He really rallied the team to get the work done. His team worked on Friday - Sunday. Most contractors would not work on Sunday; I was very happy about this. To finish the job they had to install a small part of a fence. The work is beautiful. My only criticism is that I did have to contact Charles a couple of time to find out when they were going to complete the work (install the fence). Charles was immediately responsive when I called and his workers did come when he said he would. I also liked that Charles ALWAYS came at the end of the day to inspect his workers work and to make sure I was okay with the progress. I have worked with a lot of contractors and to me this is a sign that someone who cares about their business. He literally came everyday -- even after his workers were gone. I felt no pressure with paying."

"All of the work was done quickly, professionally, and met my high standards. The only problem arose when they installed my railings while I was out without having me select the style. I came home on the last day of work and everything was complete, even railings that I had not seen or approved. Initially, I didn't want to make them redo it. I thought I could live with it. I paid in full and they left. Ernesto called my husband to make sure we were happy. Everything seemed great, the work was well done, and everyone was professional. However, a few days later I realized I really hated the materials they chose for me. When my husband called back to see if they could change out the railings for us, they said it would cost about $500. I know I paid in full and approved the job, but after $8,000 worth of work, I thought it distasteful to be charged more money to change out materials that I never approved in the first place. I recommend their work, but be sure you approve every single material prior to installation.

"It could not have gone better - we are very pleased and satisfied. I heard about John from my landscaper - John did a job for one of his clients and my landscaper thought the job was done very well, so when i was looking to redo my driveway he got John's information from his client and gave to me. We interviewed other paving contractors but found John to be polite and professional and price competitive. We visited a driveway he recently did and spoke to the client who had nothing but positive things to say about his work -  we were very pleased with the job he did for that person and decided to use him for our job. Initially there was a 4-6 week wait, but fortunately for us someone cancelled at the last minute and John knowing that we were desperate to get the job done before Memorial week accommodated us. He and his workers arrived on time and did an amazing job, he even installed a new PVC pipe that leads the water from our sump pump to the street at not additional cost. John also needed to pave the walkway leading from our garage to the back deck, (we were unable to have a carpenter come to cut our gate so that John could pave that area since we did not anticipate doing the job so quickly) when we got home that afternoon we saw that John had cut the gate himself eliminating the need for a carpenter. We are very pleased with his job and would not hesitate to recommend him. Thank you John, we continue to receive numerous compliments on our beautiful driveway.

"Excellent! I can't say enough good things about this project. We live in a 1920 Dutch Colonial, our walkway was falling apart. Miguel gave us samples to look at that would match our front Brick porch. The brickyard he sent us to allowed us to bring samples home to compare. He ordered what we wanted and within 4 days began the project. He came early in the morning and stayed well into the evening and completed the job in 2 days from demolition and removal of the old walk to the installation of the new one. He seeded the lawn that edged it. We selected him because he a patio and driveway and walkway for our nextdoor neighbors. We've lived here since 1974 and people trust the contractors we use. We highly recommend him and we always like to hire local owner operated businesses. For an additional fee he planted 2 trees in the front of the house. We are very satisfied."

"An amazing experience for my landscape lighting. From sales to scheduling to installation... All around a terrific experience and one that we’ve become used to with Tanzer. In the past, they've installed and modified our irrigation to perfection as well. The installers didn’t make a complete mess of the property, especially when they were digging the trenches. The sod was put back nicely, which is a HUGE deal for me. And they took their shoes off to go into the basement after working in mulch, grass and dirt. If you're looking for a landscape lighting and/or irrigation professional, they're the BEST!"
