"After purchasing an Angie's List Deal, I received the measuring kit in the mail promptly. The template and instructions provided to draw my split table top and each of the leaves were easy to use and understand. I mailed the completed materials and received the table pads very quickly. The table splits in the middle to allow insertion of up to 3 additional leaves. The table also has 2 drop leaves. That's 7 pads. All fit perfectly. I have used them on the table for family parties (not every day) and they're durable and built to last. I keep them in the box they arrived in to protect them when not in use. These are a worthwhile investment."

"Jacob is very busy most of the time, but he is worth waiting for. It took us a couple of meetings to decide what to do about our furniture that had been handled so badly by the movers. We started with the most difficult, our bed.
He restored a Bernhardt king size bed that had been trashed by our moving company. We were not sure he could make it look good again, but it is beautiful. He honored the discount that was being offered at that time. Were very pleased and are continuing refinishing our end tables which he just completed.. We still have a dining table and buffett that he is now working on and later a couple of more items. 
We are very happy with his work and would recommend him highly.

The craftsmanship is impeccable. He arrived on time to install the bookcase and left the room spotless. The sofa table didn’t need to be fancy, since it was designed to be invisible, however it’s a beautiful piece of furniture that i could proudly display. "It was very worthwhile to use this service because the decorator answered some critical questions and kept me from making costly mistakes.  It is a good place to start and the price was right for what she did.  She spent 30 minutes on the phone talking to me but before that she spent a significant amount of time looking over photos and measurements that I submitted to her by email. She put a lot of time into the consult.  This service would be great for choosing wall colors, flooring, and fabric for furniture.  I will definitely keep her contact information for future projects.

"Kelli came by to look at our kitchen and provide an estimate.  She was extremely knowledgeable and had excellent ideas.  She really listened to me and understood what sort of look and feel we were after, and she had brilliant suggestions--such as reconfiguring some of our drawers to maximize storage.  We felt like we were in great hands from the start!  The estimate came in within the same ballbark as other bids we received from several other companies, but Kelli really stood out for her ability to conceptualize what we described.  The next step was to choose our design, hardware, stain, etc.  Their showroom was very helpful, and again the team was flexible, understanding, and responsive.  We ended up doing something unconventional--a little risky-feeling--but with everyone's input it turned out fantastic and elegant looking!  The cabinet installation team (Tony, Ray & Monteyo) were timely, polite, professional, and hard working.  They cleaned up after themselves and took care in performing their work.  A lot of worker crews we have dealt with on other projects with other companies were, frankly, loud-mouth and often uncouth  Not these guys!  They carried themselves with professionalism and seemed considerate of the fact that we still were living in our home and using our kitchen.  How refreshing!  The project is almost complete, as I write this entry, and we are very pleased thus far!  We cannot wait to see the finished product.

"Urban leather was great! One particular floor model attracted us, and when we inquired, we found that it could be custom made to fit our space in any leather at Urban Leather. The manager worked with us and our floor plans to configure a custom sofa/sectional that worked well in our living room, offering to come to our home to measure, etc. It had the requirements we listed: being able to be reconfigured easily for rearranging the room for parties etc., comfort and sturdy construction. We were delighted that the piece arrived at our house within the month and fit perfectly into our living room. The price for the quality of the piece was actually better than anything we'd seen in even some of the most expensive furniture showrooms. Best of all, it was exactly what we wanted! We've been enjoying the comfort and beauty of the sectional, and couldn't be happier with Urban Leather.
