"Again yesterday we called Rotorooter for our plumbing needs. They are always quick to respond and each person we interact with is very professional. Usually the service is the same day. Yesterday we just had a leaking valve at the back of the toilet. The serviceman, Jake, did a great job. Even though it was a minor repair, he made sure that the leaking valve was the only problem. I’m glad he did because the line from the toilet to the water line was missing a washer. If he didn’t check this, we would have had another leak. We have used them for minor repairs and major repairs and have always been fantastic. Although they are not the cheapest, they are not the most expensive and are worth every penny.
