"Ken Marcus, the technician who performed the work, was highly professional and courteous. He completed the work in the time frame promised, including the recommendation and installation of a germicidal unit inside the air handler. Ken indicated that the germicidal unit was 99.9% effective in the killing and removal of mold, spores and bacteria from the A/C system. This would be of great help in the improvement of air quality inside the home, as well as prolong system life. Ken cleaned up thoroughly when the job was completed."

They also include replacing copper lines as part of the bid because it is a better way of doing things (other quotes did not). Our A/C went out at 10pm and I made one phone call to Service Star they diagnosed the issue over the phone and told me what I needed to do in order to have our unit run efficiently overnight. Our coil was leaking and unit was frozen. Since our unit was 10 years old we opted to replace the entire unit including exterior and interior with new WiFi digital thermostat.
