He recognized shoddy workmanship from our previous contractor and showed all the mistakes that had been made all the way to the tiniest detail. I hired him immediately without regret. He exceeded our expectations, and I did not have to "oversee" or "supervise" his work. I stayed away so I would not interfere in any way because I knew he would do a good job, and sure enough he did! This is our forever home, and seeing the great work he did every day, knowing it doesn't look like Home Depot contractor prefabricated living quarters. It increased the value of our home by thousands and thousands of dollars. Very affordable, no messes left over, no nails in the road. I cannot say more about how happy I am! One more thing, something you don't see often! Chad offers a 2 year warranty on all of his work."
