"Receiving an estimate was very easy, and the estimate included important details about the work. On the scheduled first day of work, the crew arrived promptly, and were very courteous and professional. They put in a full day, and lunch was delivered rather than leaving the job and going somewhere for lunch. All interior areas were painted on the first day (first coat in some cases), and Luis left a roll of blue masking tape for us to use as we inspected all work and marked for needed followup. On day 2, all interior painting received a second coat where needed, any needed touch up or clean up was done, and all exterior painting was completed. Our job consisted of relatively small spaces, and required careful painting around walls that are covered in unfinished tongue-and-groove cedar. (i.e. Difficult to fix if any paint were to be dripped on the cedar.). We are completely satisfied, and have asked for an estimate on exterior concrete painting."

"Fred came out the next day and removed the old downspout. When he removed it, I could see that it was clogged for about a foot or more, packed with dirt, leaves and other debris. He replaced the downspout and caulked around the upper joints. In an unrelated matter, he noticed a problem with my screen door handle and also fixed it for no charge (others had tried to fix it in the past and couldn't). I have used a number of contractors for different jobs over the years, but Lada has been superior. I highly recommend this company!"

During our house project (~$30,000) the project manager pointed out that because there actually was no problem behind the brick facia (original forensic finding by another firm said there was), we could save several thousand $ by not removing/replacing.
