"Our HOA hired Technology First LLC ( Jamar Lampkin) to install a Lorex 6 camera security system on our brick masonry building. This involved positioning the NVR in a computer closet , running POE Cat 6 cable to 6 different locations on the exterior and garage areas of our building. It was complicated by the height that cameras needed to be positioned, running of conduit required , as well as having to install through concrete and brick. The job ended up taking longer than anticipated because of these complications, but Jamar did well responding to these issues. In the end the installation was done very professionally, and I am very pleased with the installation. Since we just completed the job, I cannot comment completely on the camera system itself , but I am confident that it will work as planned. If you are thinking about installing a video security system on your building; I would highly recommend Technology First LLC and Jamar Lampkin."

"Install was simple and took a modest amount of time. Still need to install an outlet in a cabinet to hide the power cord for the keypad. The alarm is loud, but not audible outside the house. Consider an add-on unit if you want to alert the neighbors. Signal range is less than ideal for some window sensors; a repeater (most any 2gig module that is hardwired) of some sort will likely help. Motion sensors are cheap looking and do not inspire confidence. Tech support answered quickly and walked me through a technical question about adding a second keypad to the system. Cellular communications are far superior to ADT system at previous house. I do not like the contract renewal clause."

"all went well from my initial appointment for a generator install estimate with Ryan, who was thorough in discussing my generator install, which is Kohler brand, Ryan answered all my questions, took pics & measurements on the initial visit and sent my estimate electronically. This job was very involved. then what we originally thought, had to have work done by NW Natural Gas, to increase the flow valve by digging down into the street to my gas line which was separate not included in the bid, which was $3400, and upgrade my gas meters. once NW Natural completed their work my install took place as scheduled, Ben and his crew did a fantastic job getting this install completed in a timely fashion while on site Ben kept us informed of the progress they were making and when my power would be off, which we appreciated, the install was originally scheduled for three days, but they finished the job in two days. All is good, now we’re just waiting for an outage so we can see how good the generator kicks in and keeps everything going"

"I received the system on time, set up was fairly easy. Activation support was superb and in the month since the alarm was activated it has worked flawlessly. I like the fact that I can check, arm and disarm the system remotely. I receive a text very quickly every time the alarm is armed or disarmed. There is a monthly fee of $39.99 and the basic cost of the kit was $99.00, a motion detector, panel, camera equipped motion detector, 4 door alarms, a panic button key fob, stickers and signs."

There was a system here in the new house and they checked it out then came up with a couple of different plans to integrate our system in an efficient and cost-effective way. I really only dealt with one guy and he did all of the installation himself. He took about four hours which was what he estimated it would take. I got one other quote and they were less expensive than that other company."
