"Dan of Quality Builders Group was awesome! He came out the same day I made my request and had my problem repired/fixed super fast. When it rained hard we would have a water leak around the vent fan in our bathroom and that is not a fun concern to have. I didn't know if the roof was going to have to be replaced or what!?! Dan came out hopped on my "steeply" angled roof, took a look gave me an estimate(to which I said "YES") and off he went to work on it. Now not only had it rained earlier in the day but sure enough we got another round after he had sealed everything up, including another vent fan area that was starting to exhibit the same problem. I am happy to report not a single drop from that vent fan! We have gotten so accustomed to putting a big bowl in the bathroom to catch that leaking water, it was nice to see it totally bone dry!!
