"I went to Angies's List; plugged in the relevant information and perused the companies, their ratings, and comments. The reason I selected Admiral was their written responses to any concerns written by their clients. That to me says they care about their clients and Admirals reputation. Made the call to Admiral Plumbing at 1:00PM. The lady (working from home because their office was without power) advisd me that someone would be out by 3:00PM. I received a call at 1:22PM that stated that some was on his way. Mike attived shortly thereafter assess the problem stated the price and went to work. Because of the unique type of plumbing, Mike did not have the parts but left and returned within the hour. Repair took less than twenty minutes!!!! I honesly done think one could get much better service. Admiral was prompt, professional, and provided excsptional service. Mike is a credit to company. About price: when I contract for service, I wantit done right and not cheap. I want value for my money......I got this and more from Admiral. They are my go to plumbers for future repairs. "One call brought Jim Adams within 1/2 hour - he happened to be completing a job in the neighborhood (perfect timing!) and came right over. Dryer had taken 2+ cycles to do a load of wash - a sure sign that either the vent is clogged or thermometer needs replacing. I opted to check out the vent first and am very glad I did. He showed me the reading before and after his work and it made a huge difference. He came prepared, with the right equipment to clean out the vent from both ends, which included climbing to the roof of my 2 story building. I highly recommend DVS and will have him back whenever needed. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />At no extra cost, he checked the heat temp, since he also does dryer repair, (for a flat rate plus parts). Should I ever need that service, I'm glad to have found him. <br />"
