"As old siding was removed extensive water damage was found on the structure of the house. Tom and Kelly removed the rot and repaired all the damage before installing the new siding. The project manager and the the shell contractor were professional and kept us appraised of everything that needed to be done. Would use them again."

"Very professional, but you get what you pay for. I purchased the Exterior House paint job for $1399, They came out and measured every inch of house and said can only do the back and 1/2 of the front for what I paid. Ad stated two coats but they only put on one coat, said they put the coat "heavy". So I was left painting the other two sides of the house and had to pay extra to finish painting the front. They did do a good job on the areas they painted though. Everything was nickel and dime, he didn't want to paint the doors, said they weren't included in the deal. Had to show him in writing that doors were included. Overall, the workers were great, just don't expect anything extra if you by a prepaid package deal. <br />"

"We went thru optional designs and then picked the colors. They did a Euro tile design on our driveway and they poured a slab and did the design on that as well.  <br /> <br /> It's three years later and I am having basic problems. I will hire somebody else to do repairs to the driveway. <br /> <br /> First, no one on the crew spoke English. We're talking about a $7000 job. None of the workers spoke English, The crew supervisor was going around to so many jobs, that it was hard to catch him. They took some shortcuts that I was not happy with. They were not attentive to finishing the edges of the driveway which are starting to cracked and peeling.  <br /> <br /> I will be looking for somebody to come out and to give it a face lift. From a distance it is beautiful, but if you come up close you can see the cracks and the peeling. <br /> <br /> They put a white coating over it when it's all dry and then draw designs on it and then they send out another crew to hand paint everything.  <br /> <br /> Ross services did it all."
