"<p>I received a fair and reasonable proposal to do this retrofit work. I didn't want the cheapest, I needed a firm who would do it right, on time and who I was comfortable with. From the first discussion with Ron Cook at Wind Mitigation Retrofits I could tell he was honest, trustworthy and professional. His employees showed up on time, were professional and polite, and Ron briefed me every step of the way. I did have one issue on a missed truss after I paid him, (which can easily happen) and once I brought it to his attention he immediately apologized and personally went out to my house with his best employee and fixed the issue. Shocking in South Florida that there still are contractors that actually have pride in their work and who value their reputation. </p> <p>I am willing to pay a little more for quality work with any company that stands behind their product and services, communicates with you timely and addresses any questions or concerns you may have.
