After calling several roofing contractors and getting estimates I was impressed with the quality of materials that Mellow Contracting uses. My project was very small it was only approximately 200 ft.² for replacement of a storage shed roof. Sean and his team came out exactly when they said they would be there and in no time at all three of them were able to completely replace the roof. They used architectural shingles with the new synthetic type of underlayment system by gaf as well as all new flashing all the way around. "Excellent experience! I cannot say enough great things about working with Zach and team on replacing our roof. Zach came out to our home and took his time going over and looking at the entire roof to ensure he had a clear picture of what needed to be done. He gave us a detailed quote including revising the quote and breaking it down several ways for us showing pricing differences for various shingles and even splitting up the roof into different sections. We were not ready to make the commitment right away and Zach did a great job checking in every so often, but not being an "over bearing sales guy" or completely "ghosting" us either.
