"I contacted Corgans on Monday morning. I was given an appointment on Monday afternoon for the company to come and look at the carpet. The carpet cleaner arrived on time that afternoon. He looked at the spots and told me that he was confident that he could remove them from the carpet. He said I had a spot in a heavy traffic area where the rug was worn down. He said he could clean the spot but couldn't do anything about the worn look in the rug. He said he could do the job the afternoon of the following day. That afternoon I met him at my office and he did an excellent job removing the spots in the rug. It took about an hour for him to complete the task. I was very satisfied and would not hesitate to use the company again. The price charged for the job seemed very appropriate. When he got here, he said it was not the work he expected even after I told him what I needed done to my tile. He did come on time to my home and he was nice."
