When Rick Bowen showed up, he easily assembled drill press and made adjustments to get it running smoothly. Thanks to Rick’s attention to detail, right before leaving he was studying the picture he took of drill press and noticed that it wasn't level. So he came back and fixed it. "We scheduled an appt with 4S. The person came out and said they could put in a water softener. They said they would get us a quote and could get started the next week. We NEVER heard from him again. I emailed directly, called but never heard back. How is that professional? How do companies get away with that kind of service? If they did want our money, that is fine but be professional."
