"Our project manager, Manny, and crew supervisor, Jorge, did a great job with our roof replacement today! Manny was very communicative and helpful throughout the repair. Jorge and the crew were efficient and did a very thorough clean up when finished. Our only concerns revolve around the initial reason we scheduled a repair, which was due to a ceiling leak after a rain storm. The sales person that came out was very nice and informative. He told us that while he could not determine the source of our leak, we needed a new roof. However, in our naivete, we forgot to wait on our insurance assessor before making any decisions. Post insurance assessment, we had a hard time getting answers from either the project manager or sales manager, and just moved forward with the replacement hoping it fixed our issue. Long story short, while the level of service and overall customer service were great, we had a major repair done that may not even be related to our issue. Our roof likely could have waited for a repair. Service=excellent! I would 100% recommend, just make sure you actually need a new roof."

We were repairing a 50 year old large barn that needed rotten wood replaced, posts replaced, blocks replaced and block joints repaired, a lot of siding replaced, many holes in the tin roof repaired, gutters installed, rafters repaired, floorboards replaced, outside steps to the upstairs, and painting the whole exterior. Carlos was excellent at spotting problems with the building, communicating them, and coming up with solutions. He worked quick and efficiently and was reliable, always showing up when he said he would and was good at communicating (through text mostly and the occasional phone call). He did a couple extra repairs beyond what I asked him, just because he saw they were needed. He knew what he was doing and what products were needed. To save me money, I bought the materials which was fine with him. I would say his only weakness was in developing a detailed materials list before the project started. He knew what he needed but putting down details on paper wasn't his strong point. He and his helpers were courteous and friendly."

"We needed to have a tile floor in a bathroom that had stained grout (was put in during the 60's) and a bedroom that had stained carpet replaced with laminate flooring and shoe round included around the edge. This was especially hard in the bathroom where the walls are covered by tile, so the edging could not be nailed in the way they were in the bedroom. All looks great and is holding up well. Also, turned out the tiles that were popping up in the dining room had been put on using wall adhesive rather than the proper type of flooring adhesive needed. The guys were able to pop loose the tiles that needed to be replaced and grind off the old adhesive so they could be reused. I only had to get/use 4 new replacement tiles because they were successful in reusing every tile that was not broken before they arrived. They did a great job getting the grout to match and putting the 4 new tiles in an unobtrusive spot. Since these tiles had been put in during the 80's, we were not able to get matching tiles, so that really makes a big difference to us. Saved us a ton of money. I needed to separate a upper and lower level of a house to create a rental, and Handyman Xpress helped me find a simple, inexpensive way to make the current door work so that both halves of the house are private when the tenants choose, and they have access to both parts when the parties are in agreement. Love the convenience and flexibility. They also helped by cutting a ceiling tile to fit a closet ceiling that was missing it's ceiling. I had not scheduled that last part ahead of time, but they cheerfully added it to the to-do list and finished it quickly and it looks great."

Privacy riped up. Siding damage alone with water damage. Among others things that were destroyed. They worked long and very hard .They helped me when I felt all was lost. "After setting a start date Mr. Hargrove failed to show up and sent someone who we never met to pick up the installment pay. He was not knowledgeable about the job he was contracted to do. The railings were not installed correctly in fact it was a safety issue - if leaned on one could possibly knock it over. Called several times requesting him to repair, made false promises. To correct the problem we hired someone else to correct the job.
