"I called Mike after we discovered a leak in a window was not taken care of by installation of a new window. The project was open-ended and required investigation of the source of the leak which wouldn't be determined until the siding was removed. Mike was thorough in his investigation of the problem and up front about pricing being a bit of an unknown and gave me a minimum bid which we agreed to readily. Once the siding was removed the source of the problem was quickly diagnosed and fixed. Mike gave us documentation for the window company and advice on how to proceed. He will return to address further outdoor water damage once the rest of the windows have been replaced. I know what the price of a window is and quality, but what I got from them was not only a good price. It was the exact windows that I wanted. They finished the inside of the windows with a molding and I had to do no work when they left. They even covered that with vinyl so I don't have to paint the anymore. They were fast, efficient, they took everything away. They were nice and polite. It was just a joyful experience.
