I?ll be honest, they were not the cheapest option I looked at, and that gave me pause at first. What ultimately made the difference was how thorough the inspection was. The rep didn?t just look at one wall and give a price. They walked the entire perimeter, explained how water was getting in from both outside pressure and inside drainage, and showed me why a partial fix would likely fail over time. Other companies were quoting cheaper, but they were only addressing one part of the problem. I also want to address something I was worried about going in, which was the ?high-pressure sales? reputation you sometimes see online. That wasn?t my experience. It was definitely detailed and direct, but I never felt like I couldn?t take time to think about it or compare options. "

"Crossroads poly lift crew drilled into my ductwork twice. I had to hire a third party to jack hammer my concrete to remove and replace the pipe. This cost twice as much as original work. I now have a third company putting in foundation piers. This third company has shown me voids where Crossroads failed to poly lift the foundation. Thus, they did not fulfill the work contract. I am considering legal action against Crossroads."

"This company repaired all wall cracks in my basement and installed a drain system on all walls of my basement. This company showed up when they were suppose to and completed the work on my basement in a timely matter. I had to contact this company to come back out after the work was done but come to find out, the problem we experienced was not due to any of the work this company had previously done however they still repaired the problem without charging us anymore money. Would definitely recommend this company to others."

"Well, the work was not complete. The customer service was just terrible. I made phone calls for almost 30 days to get a hold of somebody, and only after I sent an email that somebody respond. They sent somebody out who had to come back twice. Then they sent me a bill to finish a job that they had told me would be done in the first place. I paid them $18, 000 and my basement is still taking on water. Their system also created a flood in the back of my yard that I need them to look into and tell me what is this about. The work was absolutely terrible. they did not solve any of my problems. They just took my money and hid from me until this day. They still will not call me back. I am very dissapointed and, I feel like I have been robbed. They tried to get me to leave a review before was even started. I am happy I did not do that. I hope that this issue is resolved at some point. "

"We are seniors who had foundation and floor support work done by AccuLevel. Soon after they got paid we started finding more & worse problems arising from their work than what we originally contacted them for. The floors they ?fixed? were not level and started heaving like a roller coaster, many of the doors do not open or close properly, our finished floors are squeaking & popping up all over and the foundation is shifting & leaking more that it originally did. Twice they sent out servicemen to fix the problems by making adjustments; that only made it worse. The last service man said that the problems were bigger than he could handle alone and would set up to have a crew come back in warm weather to make the needed repairs; that hasn?t happened yet. We found out that much of the work was done wrong and not done as per the plan and specifications or what our salesman told us would be done, the materials we were quoted, paid for and supposed to be used were substituted and never instal"
