He took the time to explain all options to me during the estimate phase and gave me a written receipt. His crew was on site the next day. They removed/disposed of the old fence and concrete. They constructed the new fence - consulting with me several times to ensure it was exactly as I wanted. The fence is a high quality aluminum with sturdy gate hinges.
