New countertops, cabinets and an island were installed. Tile was removed from the kitchen/ foyer and replaced with hardwood floors. They gave us a time frame for 4 months. We added on painting, carpet installation. tiling a hallway and new vanity and toilet in the half bath. "Bob and his crew are the best. This was a major renovation and complete re-do of a split level house that we converted to a more traditional house. 95% of our house was redone. Bob is meticulous and his subcontractors are fantastic at their crafts and very loyal to Bob for good reason. He was pretty instantaneous in his communication with me even on weekends, which we rarely bothered him in. This was a mid 6 figure job that Bob said would take 4 1/2 to 6 months. They finished in 5 1/2 months which is pretty amazing during a pandemic with major supply chain issues. Bobs bid wasnâ t the lowest, but it wasnâ t the highest of the 5 bids we received. They were pretty much on budget except for material price increases, especially lumber which was not his or the lumber yards fault.
