The reason I removed one star is because I believe the quoted contract price, specifically for allowances, can improve. You should expect to add a minimum of $20,000 to your contract price. I also recommend referring to your contract throughout to ensure you aren’t getting an extra charge for something that should be included. Like I said, the quality of work is fantastic, but the up front pricing can improve."

"They did a wonderful job, from first contact to the last time they walked out of the house. I had them finish about 1/3 of my unfinished basement into a completely finished room. Jolanta was engaging, detailed and professional in the original visit to see the scope of what I wanted done. She asked good questions and provided some good suggestions. She had a quote back to me within a few days that was detailed and helped me understand exactly what I was paying for. The work crew were all polite, respectful of my family and of my house. They cleaned after themselves each day. The work took about two weeks to complete and it seemed that they stayed on task every hour of each day. They obviously, to my untrained eye, knew what they were doing and took pride in their work. The result is amazing and I am very happy! I HIGHLY recommend Excellent Remodeling! "I’ve always wanted a second bathroom. I contacted JK Complete R&C. Jack came to my home and assessed the would be project. Jack gave me a reasonable price, start and proposed finish date. Then I met the crew John, Mike and Ziggy. We had a great relationship. Everything that was to be accomplished was explained to me on a daily bases. By the end of the project we had a bond and it felt like family. I also learned quite a bit in the process. I am total fascinated with my new bathroom. I have already recommended JK Complete to family members."

"Remodel went extremely well even with material delays (not ordered through Rowe construction.) They were able to pivot and work on different areas of this extensive remodel. This crew showed up every day and notified us if they were not going to come or if they were delayed.They also pointed out and/or were able to troubleshoot areas of design that wouldn’t look aesthetically pleasing. In addition, they cleaned up the interior each day and regularly picked up construction waste placed in the garage during this process."
