"The Patriot roofing crew that replaced my roof was very professional. Alan the lead of the crew was very good at answering all of my many questions. I did my research very thoroughly and knew that Patriot Roofing was a first rate quality roofing company. I was certain that my roof would be installed and replaced per the 5 star warranty that was offered to me. They made sure that the proper ventilation between the soffits and the ridge vent was done per the manufacturing shingle requirements. Alan the lead was very knowledgeable, and made sure the crew completed my roof with the highest quality standards. It is extremely important that your roofing contractor install your roof per the manufacturer's warranty requirements or your warranty will be nahl and void. I was certain from observing the Patriot Roofing team that I would not have to worry about the quality of my roof installation. I purchased my own skylights and had issues with the quality of the skylight that I purchased from home depot. .Which caused me to return the skylights multiple times. Patriot roofing graciously came back 3 weeks after the roof install to re install the skylights that I finally got from home depot that were without defects. The manager of production personally came over to install the 2 skylights and did not charge me for this extra trip. I was also very impressed with the salesman who came over and thoroughly inspected my roof including getting up into the attic in taking many pictures of what was the current status of many different important details of my roof. The salesman was very professional and this was evident in the detail and quality of the roof replacement estimate. I received at least 5 different bids from other roofing companies and no company came even close to Patriot roofings quality and professionalism in their roof replacement estimate. Patriot roofing has some of the best roofing Reviews of all the Roofing companies in Washington. Patriot Roofing will not be the cheapest bid that you will receive nor will it be the most expensive bid you will receive. But I can tell you from my direct experience that Patriot will give you a fair bid with the added bonus of doing the roof installation per all of the very stringent 5 star certainteed material requirements."

"Agron evaluated our roof and how it was a poor quality job from the original construction. He offered us options including a simple fix (which due to the original construction probably wouldn't last) or to replace that section of the roof with a proper installation. We opted for the proper installation and it looks great and we feel good for that area of the roof (other areas could still be a problem as he noted, but we will deal with those areas as needed). They were also great at cleaning everything up and making sure we were satisfied with the state of the yard (after some bushes had slight damage). Overall I was very impressed and wouldn't hesitate to use them again if we need roof work."

"It went very well. estimator was very thorough explaining everything about the system, its part and options, and the procedure. Installation was very quick and efficient. He did a great job keeping the existing room clean and free from debris. We are very pleased with the photovoltaic night light. Wasn't sure if we would like it but we do. The only part we are disappointed with is WHY DIDN'T WE DO THIS SOONER. We plan to add more lights in other areas in the future. We both highly recommend the product and the folks at Northwest Natural Lighting."

"SolTerra did an absolutely fabulous job and has been a pleasure to work with. :-) We initially contacted them over a year ago for an estimate so that we could plan for our installation, get a few estimates, and compare technologies. After doing exactly that, we reached back out to them to move forward with our installation; everything SolTerra had in their proposal (which had three energy options) reflected just what we were after: the latest Enphase micro-interters, 400W Solaria panels, Enphase control systems, LG batteries, and very good warranties. Throughout the entire process, Kevin was there to answer any questions that came up. Once we decided to move forward, SolTerra put us on the schedule and kept us updated on the tentative start date. We were initially looking at starting in June and actually started at the beginning of August - not bad given the disruptions of the pandemic. When the day arrived, so did SolTerra with 33 solar panels, mounting hardware, and various other system components. The installation of the mounting rails and panels happened at the same time as most of the electrical system installation - after 5 days the panels were installed and the majority of the battery system and Enphase control systems were installed as well. There were a couple delays due to a defective control board (which took a few weeks to obtain a replacement), but even while waiting for the replacement the SolTerra electrician and team finished up every part of the installation they could and scheduled the necessary inspections. By the beginning of September, we were all set and waiting for PSE to drop by to approve the installation and throw the switch to turn on the system. Throughout the installation, the electrician and crew were very communicative, keeping me updated on the progress they made each day and the timeline for inspections and any associated updates. I particularly appreciated the electrician's updates when the defective control board was discovered, and that he provided me with lots of details each day as he installed new components or made alterations. The end result was a beautiful system, from panel arrays to batteries to control systems and conduit - it was all very polished and showed professional engineering design and high-quality installation. After the system was operational, Kevin came to the house to provide a full walk-through of the system, components, and the related Enphase Enlighten app and its features. At the end of his visit, I had copies of all the plans, manuals, approvals, permits, and warranties, plus a complete understanding of my system and its indicators - I was one happy, informed customers. I was also really pleased that the SolTerra crew came right out when a small leak appeared from a vent that was jostled by the installation (the solar panel installation probably moved the old vent just a little bit). Kevin and Neil had a crew out the day after I contacted them and made certain that the vent and all nearby solar mount points were extra-sealed - the leak was completely resolved. I really, really appreciated their promptness and how they took the time to ensure there was no potential for leaks from the solar install - they stand by their products, crew, and customers completely. I would definitely recommend SolTerra to anybody considering a solar installation - they have a top-notch crew and use the best-in-class materials to provide a long-lasting, turn-key installation. I'll even be reaching out to them if we decide to expand out battery storage. :-)"

Once we signed, the job was scheduled promptly. They dropped the dumpster in our driveway a bit early, but the job was done from demo, to plywood replacement (significant for our job), and new roof all in one day. Remarkable. I walked the roof with the lead crew member after the job and thoroughly reviewed their work. No concerns whatsoever. The owner later came back to walk around with us and answer additional questions. "I was very impressed with ACME Roofing. The quote was reasonable. The salesman, Joe, came out on time and was quick with a quote. I wanted a cover up and not a strip as I only had one layer. He said he would have to inspect my roof to see if it was a good candidate. He assured me it was. After agreeing to the quote he had the roof scheduled within a week. I was impressed that they didn't ask for a deposit. A handshake got the job rolling. Shingle selection was easy and once everything was agreed, I signed for the job to start. The technicians came out on time as scheduled. It was one of the hottest days of the summer and I was concerned about the heat. The installers worked throughout the day, wanting to get the job done. It didn't matter to me if it took another day as I was concerned about the heat. They pushed through it. They did need to come back the following day but that was only because they needed more material. They came back on time the next day and finished within hours. The roof looks great. You can't tell that it's a cover up. Tim came out to inspect the finished job and found a few very minor things to correct. I was impressed by this as I wouldn't have known any difference. Overall I can't speak highly enough about ACME. On time, professional, quality controlled. Above that, I have the assurance that if I ever have any issues, problems or even simple questions, ACME will be here to help in any way. Roofs last 20 years or more. ACME will be around in the future so if I ever have a need I know I can call. I feel part of the ACME family which is a very comfortable feeling. 5 stars is not enough.
