Rick arrived on time, reprogrammed my door after a power outage, corrected the length/functionality, looked up warranty information for me without being asked, and provided a copy of how to reset if it happens again. Then the remote was tested for me and for a modest fee cleaned and greased the track/wheels. This older model will not last much longer, and no question it will be Orca and Rick I call when it does stop. Refreshing to find a honest business that goes over and above."

Some one was there the next day and not only gave me an estimate, but helped get the door closed until they could get out with the new one. My old opener still worked ok so he suggested we use it again to save money as well as a couple of other things. All in all the install was fast and clean and the door works great- I would definitely recommend!"

"It was excellent. I call them any chance I need any work done. I expect to see him again because I have another project I'm going to start. He did a good job of it. He has done that several times. Our neighborhood requires you to have cedar fences. I have a dog that love to get out. The fences in the neighborhood are old enough that they're falling apart that's why he's been out several times. He rebuilt several times a whole section of fence. Its just beautiful. He does great work. I haven't had anybody else repair my fence because he was the first person I called to do it. Then he did such a great job I called him every other time. I think the pricing is quite fair. I plan to use him again. I'm going to have him put a new flooring for me. I would recommend him to anybody that needs somebvody to do any kind of repairs or building."
