"This has been a frustrating process. We hired this company in January after sending a deposit. Our gate has to be made due to its size. Instead of being notified of the process we kept having to reach out. Then we were told that the manufacturing was delayed. After more follow ups, by us, we were told that the gate would have been installed last Tuesday. But it didn't happen. Again we were told it was was a manufacturing delay. I emailed them for a follow up on Thursday and it is now Monday with no response. Nice people but horrible service. "

They were on time with their arrival and we're very punctual and efficient with their time to complete my installation needs. "The company was hired to install a one car garage door. The installer drilled 8 holes from the outside of the structure toward the interior of the garage. He drilled 1 hole from the interior of the garage completely through to the outside of the house. He left puddles of lubricant on the floor. The company said the guy made a mistake, no big deal. I do not recommend this company. I drew circles around the holes for better viewing."

I initially contacted the company because I needed a section of my fence removed to allow access for a well repair. I was provided a quote for both the removal and the replacement of the fence, paid the invoice in full, and the removal was completed without issue. The problems began when I attempted to schedule the fence replacement. I contacted my representative, Christian, who provided a date and time for the work. That appointment came and went with no arrival and no communication. I called the office and was advised to reach out to Christian directly, which I did. At that time, I also requested a quote for a privacy fence. Christian apologized for the missed appointment and scheduled a second date for both the replacement and the quote. Unfortunately, that appointment was also missed without any notice. I left Christian a voicemail "
