"I was contacted 30 min. after i made my request. craig & Brandon showed up next day. great job. my old water heater was 20 yrs old and we were getting a bit nervous. new water heater is beautiful.we will call pete black the next time we need a plumber"

"Joseph was able to come the same day and get the job done. That was a big relief to me. After the work was complete he showed me where the paperwork was stored with the tank and told me what I can do to maintain it so it lasts longer. He showed me how to shut off the water and gas leading to it and how to relight the pilot. We have very hard water in Fenton. I was very pleased with his work and grateful for the senior discount."

"Great service. New water heater works great so happy with the price, installation, instruction and explanation of the new tankless water heater system."

"I called Joe because I knew that I had a plumbing problem, namely, the wash basin next to the washer was filling up with mud when I used the washing machine. I thought it might be a clog in the line. I called Joe, and he scheduled me for the next day. He was up front about the pricing and what it would take to clean it. After he arrived, I got a call saying it was something more serious - the drain line was broken - there was a large hole in it. The steel pipe had corroded, leaving a large hole in the pipe (see picture). He was able to fix the problem the same day and he took payment over the phone with a credit card, since I had to be at work. I was impressed with his efficiency, so I had him give an estimate on the rest of the plumbing that needed to be done. His estimate came in at the low range of another company, and he started replacing the steel plumbing the next week. Joe did everything he said he would, and included fixing up some odd small jobs like patching the concrete around where the water heater exhaust line met the brick wall. I would gladly call Joe again!"

"Great guys. Quick to respond to my call. I appreciated the fast service since I was out of hot water and cold showers weren’t an option!"

"I specified that it was a tankless water heater, yet not surprisingly I was referred to a plumber who didn't know anything about tankless heaters, resulting in a waste of a couple of days. The second person did know about them, and so far the repair is working (fingers crossed). I wish CHW would pay attention to the details in my claim."

"He was very nice to talk with and repaired our washing machine. He even helped sweep the water out."
