"Overall, I really enjoyed working with Great Lakes. I had the same two guys come out and install my bathroom (Hassan and Mike). The remodel took 3 days. They were professional and courteous; on time and cleaned up the area every night. Hassan kept me in the loop for changes and asked for my opinions when it came to placing certain pieces in the shower. My only complaint would be in communication between Great Lakes home office. After my consultation, I was told I would receive samples of the vanity color and countertop (for painting) which didn't happen & the person I was to contact had left the company so my emails were not getting through and I had to contact the office and explain my issue. Other than that, I would definitely recommend this company to my family and friends."

"Very happy with our remodeled bathroom!! The shower is exactly what we wanted! Very reliable! I would recommend Premier Home Pros to anyone looking to redo their bathroom!"

"We had several bathrooms that needed all new tile, a laundry room carpet removal and tile install, and travertine tile removal of cracked tiles and replace with new ones. High quality work that was completed efficiently. The guys were great to work with and very respectful."

"I recently utilized the bathroom remodeling services from Starbath and was thoroughly impressed. The ADA modifications were seamless and truly enhanced the accessibility of my space. The quality of the materials, particularly the stunning 12-inch dual-head shower in gold, added a luxurious touch. What stood out most was the exceptional customer service; the team was attentive, responsive, and genuinely cared about my needs throughout the process. Overall, my experience was fantastic, and I highly recommend Starbath for their professionalism and high-quality products. My new bathroom is both beautiful and functional!"

"Always quality work and reasonably priced. When I had issues with a bathroom remodel a few years later, they made it right and took care of the work that needed to be done."

"These guys did a really great job remodeling our kitchen with new countertops and a soft close doors. They also did a great job remodeling our bathroom tub with jetted jets in the tub as well as a rain shower thanks again guys"

"Bathroom wet space (tub) remodel with Five Star Baths went smoothly for the most part! The transformation is stunning! The quality of the work is exceptional—everything looks polished and feels durable. Communication was somewhat challenging. It was difficult to find a suitable time to connect and discuss the project in detail within my work hours and the hours they have available. Additionally, the final inspection took longer than expected to schedule. I had to personally reach out to coordinate a time that would work and had the expectation that someone would reach out within the next few weeks after the renovations. While this added some extra steps to the process, once the inspection was arranged, the team was efficient in completing it. Overall, I’m thrilled with the end result and would still recommend their services!"

"They made design recommendations, they responded to our questions promptly, and beat of all, the quality of their work was the best. We are so happy with our porch remodel - it far exceeded our expectations. We’ve used other contractors in the past - but we won’t anymore. No one does better work than Craftsman Renovations."

"We absolutely love the job Unity did in our bathroom, I highly recommend. I had quotes from 5 different places, the price, the quality and amazing selection of product Unity offered was a win for me! Great people to work with as well."
