"We chose Window Concepts because they brought product samples to our home to assist us in picking out a new entry door and sidelights. I wasn't pleased with the scheduling process for installation though. They called 45 minutes after our original installation appointment time and said they wouldn't be able to make it that day. I had to wait another week and though they were a few hours late, they did show up. Despite the wait the installers did a great job and we are happy with the finished product."

"Mark was fabulous. We live in a very old & uneven house. There were a couple issues that arose during the installation that caused the job to run into two days. Mark set the door so that we were secure overnight returning the next day to complete the installation. We were not expecting the install to look as nice as it does (again: very old & uneven home).
