WHAT THIS MEANS you will not get a lien on the products installed if the roof company fails to pay for their materials. 2-No down payment and uses their own license and the installers were professional, and cleaned up every nail. 3-Price was the lowest even with a premium product. JS did not charge extra for the premium product either. 10 estimates: John Scott was the lowest, the second closest came in $600 more. The rest $3000-$9,000 MORE FOR THE SAME PRODUCT Be patient, he is booked! The office team was incredible! I cannot say enough about John Scott Roofing!"

"Ben came out an evaluated the roof ridges. They had deteriorated to the point they could not be repaired. He provided pictures and an estimate. He kept us notified when he would be here to complete the repair. He was punctual professional and polite. No up selling, Evaluated the roof and provided the information on it's condition. "We just went thru a hurricane and damage is widespread in our area. Marshall Roofing-Ben contacted us very quickly and scheduled a time to inspect our damaged roof. He came over, inspected our roof and got us an estimate w/ in a hour or so. He said he could schedule us in a week or two. He arrived as promised, with his father- also Ben- and they had the damage repaired in one day. They both came back the next day to clean and seal our whole roof. They did a great job with the repair and the roof looks great after they applied the sealant. They are very professional, personable, and hard working. You can rely on their promises and it was a pleasure to work with them. I highly recommend them for roofing work."

"Andrey and his associate came out and in less than a day repaired the cracks in my chimney and re stucco d the top half. He told me he's be back to paint on Tuesday and showed up right when he said he would. This would have been a 5 rating if when it came time to pay they accepted credit cards as they listing shows. Andrey said they only accepted checks at this time, so reluctantly I gave him one. It throws my budget off as I was planning to have to pay the full amount next month, and get some travel miles in addition. If they are no longer accepting credit card payments they should update their listing and web site. It was worth the price and they did good work, but this left a bad taste in the end"
