He professionally managed our project from start to finish and was readily available to answer our questions. Our 3 person Torres Team who installed our French Drain had a stellar work ethic. They communicated with us when we asked questions and took great care to install the pipe pitch as appropriate. They also did a superb job cleaning up our residential job site after the drain was installed. We would recommend Dave Premo and the Torres Team."

"Company review for local business-- This time: Ants short-circuited well pump switch & needed replacement (Last time a long while back: We moved in to house and needed a pump installed to existing well.) RESULTS: Both times, Billy Clark (and sometimes his crew, as needed) were fast, knowledgeable, honest, and-- to prove that last part-- reasonably priced. Both times their installation (Last time) and replacement (This time) worked just fine. Last time, power company had power surges due to bad grounding which caused unequal loading issues, and paid for replacement, but Billy and crew made good at very reasonable rates, and both service calls (Both for the new well hookup and this recent call) were fast, effective, courteous, and reasonably priced: AND-- MOST-IMPORTANTLY-- worked just fine (other than the power surge-- which was NOT well company's fault). I know enough about wells and electrical & mechanical things to know that they treated us fairly. Yeah, I'm glad to write a review for good techs. Would use again and recommend. "Dan was all of what the other reviewers here had said -- he was professional, courteous and went out of his way to help us get the work we needed done in a timeline that was limited even though he had a very busy schedule servicing other customers. He went out of his way to help us utilize a faucet we had supplied for our laundry room though we found out it would not work with the older laundry tub in place. He helped us by getting a new tub (he special ordered from the plumbing supply house, received less than 24 hours!) that he could fashion to accept the special faucet (which was really meant for a kitchen sink, not a laundry room tub). The work went smoothly and when all said and done, he also cleaned up like he was never there.  Awesome effort no doubt.  I certainly would hire him again for any of our plumbing/water needs without a second thought.

"Leak was found and plugged in light fixture (broken conduit, most likely). Arnold was very professional and thorough, kept checking all possible problems even after he found the leak, and let us know the rest of our pool plumbing was in good shape. Gave us advice to keep an eye on possible problems. Charge was a little higher because we have a combination inground spa with our pool, meaning more plumbing to check. Very happy with results."

"I had a few plumbing issues to fix after I bought a home. 1. Leaking kitchen drain - replaced kitchen sink basket strainer and pipes 2. Leaking bathtub faucet - copper pipe was to short 3. Leaking spigot - replaced and secured spigot to wall They came out the same day. Brian (the tech) was on time. Very polite and professional. He explained the cause of the issue and how he was going to fix it. Very pleased with the work."

"Bryan returned my phone call within two days. An appointment was set up which had to be canceled and was rescheduled. He was prompt for the appointment and two days later sent me a reasonable estimate for the project. A date was set to begin and Mark showed up to do the work. I can't say enough good things about Mark. He is skilled, experienced, and full of good ideas. When the old materials were removed damage was reveled which had to be repaired. This increased the cost, but couldn't be helped. All of the work was done in a timely manner and the result is better than we expected. The only negative thing I can say concerns the cost of installing the tile. The result is great, but I could have hired someone myself for about 1/2 - 2/3 the price. Overall we are very happy with the result and will definitely consider using him again if another project comes up."

"He did a good job installing the weather striping around the doors.  One door wasn't in the frame correctly and he fixed that.
They sent someone by to check on his work.  That guy talked to us about the air tightness of our home, which is great.  He kept trying to find something wrong.  It is a newer home.  He mentioned we should put energy film on one window.  I looked the film up online and found it at Home Depot.  He told us that they had to do it because "if one speck of dust is on the film" it will compromise the integrity.  One speck of dust? This isn't an ER or clean room.  He was really pushing to try and sell something else.
Because of the salesman that came 'to make sure the door work was correct' is why we won't use this company again.
