The templates were pretty easy to draw. The finished pads were delivered in a very short time. These guys KNEW what they were doing.  The job went perfectly and came out great. They had TWO rooms to do (kitchen and pantry) and finished in one day.  Left the house cleaner than it was when they started.  Couldn't be happier with the service and the finished product.  All in all, a wonderful experience.
