"They were quick to get us a quote and were easy to do business with."

"Sales person Dave was extremely polite and helpful. Rob called Memorial Day evening with a last minute cancellation for the next day , so they could move my job up. Because of the short notice, they even trimmed some bushes that I was not able to get to before they arrived. Installer Brian and his crew knew their business and did a great job. Very nice people. Helpful, professional, knowledgeable."

"The experience with Gutter Topper was fantastic. The initial visit to do an estimate was clear, detailed and very easy. He took the time to explain the advantages of the system and how specifically it would work/match with our roof lines and shingle colors. There was no pressure to sign up now to get the best price. They gave us time to review and discuss till we were ready. The people that did the work were friendly, professional and experienced. The weather was horrible on the day to begin our job, but they still worked long days, making sure everything was done correctly. They even answered our questions before, during and after the system was being installed. The follow up was also easy. When we had questions afterwards they were answered promptly and in detail so we were clearly satisfied. We’ve had plenty of rain since the system was installed and they have worked very, very well. We are so very happy we made the investment in our home to go with Gutter Topper and Dennison. Tim"

"We are so happy with Pure Michigan Exteriors! They replaced our roof quickly and professionally. The team arrived on time every day, kept us updated on progress, and did a fantastic job cleaning up. Highly recommend"

"Wonderful. Already recommended the company to my neighbor."

"When Blake came out and saw the problem he defined his solution but before he started the project he called to say he thought about it and had a better solution for the same cost. That’s what impressed me most. 3 other contractors refused to even quote on the project because in their words it was too complicated. Blake actually applied his knowledge and experience and solved my problem and at a reasonable cost."

"BATHROOM FLOOR LOOKS GOOD. I WANTED A CERTAIN TYPE OF FAUCET INSTALLED IN TUB/SHOWER, COULD NOT BE DONE UNLESS A WHOLE WALL WAS TORN OUT TO RECONFIGURE THE STUDS (WOULD GET TOO EXPENSIVE), THE SHOWER HEAD STILL MOVES FROM BEHIND THE WALL, BUT THE WALL ,ONCE AGAIN, WOULD HAVE TO BE TAKEN OUT TO FIX IT SO I WILL NEED TO CAULK IT TO STOP THE MOVEMENT. THE MOULDING AND TRIM WERE EXCELLENT. THE PAINTING WAS ALRIGHT, I WISH SOMETHING COULD HAVE BEEN DONE ABOUT A CERTAIN SECTION OF THE WALL THAT NEEDS PANELED, BUT TIME RAN OUT AND IT WAS SKIPPED FOR NOW, WILL PROBABLY HAVE IT TILED OR SOMETHING TO THAT EFFECT BY THESE GUYS IN THE FUTURE. VERY PROMPT, RESOLVED ANY PROBLEMS I HAD. RESPONSIVENESS- I AM AN EMAIL SORT OF PERSON, SOMETIMES THE EMAIL REPLIES COULD HAVE BEEN A LITTLE MORE SUCCINCT AND NOT VAGUE, HAD TO EMAIL A COUPLE OF TIMES TO GET ONE REPLY.

"I cannot say enough good things about this company! Outstanding work transforming our 100 year old lake cottage from aluminum siding to smart siding! Looks like we got a new cottage without tearing down the old one! Tom was great to work with - they showed up when they said they would, worked long hours, finished the job in a reasonable amount of time, and their pricing was reasonable and fair. Highly recommend!"

"MPO did a top notch job, were very professional and got through a large amount of work in the time that they were here.
