"I received a few quotes from fencing companies. My husband and I decided to hire Flores Fencing. The quotes I received from the different fencing companies were pretty similar as far as cost but we decided to go with Flores Fencing because they were the only company that seem enthusiastic about getting our business. The other companies, which have been in business a lot longer than Flores Fencing, never even bothered with any form of follow up communication after they gave me the quote. Emanuel however, was great at communicating with me throughout the process and Wilfredo was great at addressing my questions or concerns about my project. The workers were efficient and after completing the installation of my fence and gate, they made sure they left my yard pristine. Wilfredo, who is one of the salesperson, came over to help the workers to make sure the work was completed in one day. He even took it upon himself to fix a gate that was not part of our project which he noticed needed a simple repair. The fence and gate they installed looks absolutely wonderful. I am so pleased! "After calling to schedule an estimate, Dave at Stars was at our house the next day to take the measurements and provide an estimate. Stars cedar fence was the best estimate we received. We were able to schedule the installation within a week, and the crew was there promptly at 8:30 the day of, to install the fence. The entire crew was very nice and respectful of our yard. The fence was completely built onsite. It started to rain and the guys kept working to finish the project in one day. We did have one very minor problem with the fence so we called, and Stars was there to fix it. I would highly recommend Stars to others."

"This was a wonderful experience and one that is sadly, all too rare. My call was promptly returned. Cary, the owner, came out the same day to look over the job and provide an estimate. He was friendly, on time, and just a really nice guy. I told him I wanted the railings installed before Halloween if possible. He beat that deadline! The railings look fabulous and match perfectly the other existing railings. Their works was quick, thorough, and they cleaned up everything when they were done. Highly, highly recommend! "Could not have been easier. Sergio came out to survey the yard and get an idea of what we wanted, we discussed options/pros and cons of styles and materials (which matched my research). After some back and forth, we arrived at a 6ft tall, horizontal cedar fence around the perimeter of the back yard. It was installed in over 2 days- 1 day to set the posts and a second day to complete the installation. Sergio and his team were punctual and professional. Sergio answered every question and concern I had quickly and with clarity. We got several quotes from reputable companies, but felt most comfortable with Anaya. Pricepoint was just below the average we were quoted, and the result was terrific. The fence is beautiful and well constructed."

"The salesman, Alex, was prompt and very helpful. Picked out a fence that I liked and then informed me it would be hand built, not pre-made fencing. The price was very good compared with others and the quality sounded much, much better, so I agreed. I had to obtain the  permit (which is very easy in my community). <br /> The crew came out on time and did an fantastic job of dismantle of the old fence and dig holes for the new fence. My garden along the whole fence was not disturbed. The materials for the new fence were brought in and a date of 2 days later was set for finishing. <br /> All the guys doing the work were very professional and showed care in their work. <br /> Now it goes down hill. Everyone tells me it will be finished the day after its started. It will take over a week and a half till it gets done. I'm first told the chain lick fence is being custom built. but be here in a day or 2. Then I'm told it will be here by Friday (Monday now). <br /> Then I'm told it will be by Sunday. All this time hearing it from a receptionist taking to a very spineless manager that won't talk on the phone to talk to me directly. <br /> I finally talked with Alex, the salesman and next morning the crew was here. Did a fantastic job on the fences and finished before noon. Alex, your the greatest. <br /> To the manager who hides behind the receptionist, please quit so more people can enjoy the services of every other employee of this company. <br /> By the way, the fence is stronger than anyone else. And the quality is well over a 10 all around. It will last longer than any other wood fence easily. And the workers are fast but very accurate and careful. <br />"
