"Ismael and his team did a great job refinishing our Brazilian cherry floors and American cherry stairway (plus installation of oak floors to our basement ! Amazing. Highly recommend"

"I hired ASAP to refinish all the wood floors in a new home my wife and I purchased. They did an outstanding job. The work, customer service and price were exceptional. I will recommend and use ASAP again."

"It could not have gone better. We recently bought a new place that had very old carpeting covering half the house. Although it is very hard to provide an estimate of refinishing floors when you don't know what is under the carpet, Mike was true to his estimate and his crew completed the job right on time. As with any job, there were some unexpected issues that needed to be addressed. Mike's team, and George in particular, were able to fix the problems (namely, wood HVAC vents and floor molding) at a very reasonable price. The best part of the job was that the master staircase was previously carpeted and was in pretty bad shape. After pulling up the carpet, Mike gave us some options on how to refinish and/or paint the stairs and risers. We had them refinish the stairs and risers (which cost a little extra), but now the stairs are a showpiece in the house. We couldn't be happier with the work that Mike did for us. We have now used him twice and would use him again in a heartbeat."

"Danny and his crew were great. We originally hired them to refinish wood floors in our two upstairs bedrooms, but after pulling back the carpet and realizing the hardwood wasn’t consistent, Danny was able to pivot quickly and get LVP installed within 2 days. Very friendly and helpful, and great quality work done. We are very happy with the finished product! And lots of helpful tips and little detail finishes like staining thresholds that really brought the project together. Recommending Modern Quality Flooring to all our family and friends !"

"I needed a small repair job on wood laminate. Most companies I talked to didn’t want to bother unless I was replacing the entire floor. Rustic Flooring ( Marcel ) came out , sent his craftsmen out and did the job beautifully!!! They are skillful, courteous and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Marcel and his team."

"FloorMaxx did a fantastic job! Greg and Ana were incredibly nice and accommodating, and they were able to re-stain and refinish our hardwood floors in no time! The customer service was awesome, they could not have been nicer. I would recommend them to anyone, they did a very nice job. We absolutely love the new stain and finish, the floors look great!"

"Had a strict timeline to have my floors refinished and Kyle came in and stuck to his schedule and estimate doing exceptional work."

"Andrei did a fabulous job! He's a true craftsman, providing very high quality flooring. We had a few hiccups that complicated the job, but Andrei provided good advice on how to resolve, was trustworthy and very fair, competitive pricing. I enjoyed working with Andrei, the results are really perfection and I highly recommend him."

"We had a water damaged spot on the hardwood floors. Mike was able to find the exact match from the original manufacture and replaced it. The outcome is really really good. We are so happy for the work Mike and his team performed and highly recommend others to use Unique Flooring."
