"Our wrought iron fence came completely off our concrete stairs on a Sunday afternoon while we were attempting to put out our holiday lights. We live in a split level home with large concrete steps and a 15ft railing leading to our front door. We knew we really wanted something fixed quickly before more winter weather came. I reached out to numerous companies on Sunday and Mike with Americana Iron Works & Fence actually gave me a call the same day to discuss the project and a quote over the phone (based on pictures I had sent). I wanted to do a little more research and hear from a few other companies before committing and he said he would follow-up with me in a day or so. Additional quotes I received were either right in-line with what Mike gave or wanted me to re-do the whole railing and pay $4k+ for the project (and wait until spring). Mike promptly followed up with me when he agreed to and we decided to move forward with the project. The next day he called me and said Americana was available to do the repair that day! The team worked numerous hours at our house and did an excellent job fixing our railing. It looks great and is very sturdy. Mike kept his word on his initial quote and payment was a breeze. I don't typically write reviews for companies but I was VERY impressed with the customer service and workmanship provided by this company. I would recommend them to anyone in need of their services and will keep them in mind for future projects!"

"I reached out to Ceazor Fence regarding repairing my iron gate which was off balance and did not swing freely. I received a reply almost immediately, someone was at my house within a half hour and my repair was completed on the spot within the hour. I wasn't home but I received a text with photos of my gate to confirm it was the correct home. We spoke a few minutes later and the fix was explained to me and I was given a very reasonable quote. "Juan and his asistants from K, B & D Remodeling, LLC, did a fantastic job in my home. I had hired another company to waterproof the basement. To prepare for the basement waterproofing job, Juan and his workers did the demolition: removing all the perimeter wall drywall and most of the drop ceiling in the basement. After the other company installed the drainage tile system, Juan and his workers rebuilt my basement, including framing out all new walls, putting up drywall, sanding and painting the walls, installing new drop ceiling. I also had them put in new plumbing (my house is old) in the basement as well as some new electrical lines, including a new 220 line for my basement shop. Part of the basement floor needed repair, so Juan did that as well. He and his crew did other repairs as well in the basement as well as doing some roof repairs. Juan was easy to work with. He always answered when I called. He took the time with me, answering all my questions. He does a thorough job,"
