Corrected multiple issues in my home including replacing kitchen faucet, installation of a new toilet, cleared mini split water leaking, and replaced shower valve. Also had a second person Andrew helping and he was excellent also. They showed up 7:30am on a Sunday came back at 7:30am on Tuesday after picking up all the parts I wanted. "Hired Bay State to take out my old bathtub and shower and replace it with a new walk-in shower. Fabio, the installer, and Daniel, his helper, were excellent! Very professional, efficient and took an eye sore of a bathroom and made it a gorgeous place to take a shower in now. From the beginning, everyone I dealt with were friendly, helpful and professional. Jim, the design consultant, helped us decide on what we wanted and how we were going to get it accomplished. The owner, Jen, was helpful in explaining some things we weren't too sure about and the girls in the office, Sarah and Destiny, were pleasant and patient as we had to re-schedule several times for various reasons on our own part. Bay State accomodated us at every turn. It's a rarity these days to find customer service like they have here. It was a bit expensive but you also get what you pay for. The craftsmanship was excellent and the product itself is top notch. It is MADE IN THE USA, also!"

"I was very impressed from the beginning to the very end of my shower project with Patriots. They were able to take an empty space in my bathroom and create a plan for a shower that would fit in that space. I especially liked how I was able to see and feel some of the components they were going to use, let me pick the colors I needed and showed me pictures of how my new shower would look went it was done. All the workers were very respectful of my house while doing the job, very knowledgeable and explained what they were doing as they went along working. "The house we bought had an existing, partially finished, unpermitted basement. We hired Crystal Renovations to re-do the space so it would be functional, more in line with our taste & permitted. They made the laundry room an actual room as opposed to a basement area with a washer & dryer, took down the drop ceiling & replaced it with a real ceiling, took out the 1984 glass block surround to the shower & replaced with drywall, repaired stairs going down to the area & laid new floor throughout. Pedro & his crew were incredibly efficient - the whole process took around 10 days. We were fortunate & they didn’t run into any unforeseen issues once all the demo was done, so the final cost was in line with what had been quoted & the modifications we agreed to. They transformed an ugly, afterthought of a basement into an entire new living space to our house that is functional & looks fantastic. We would definitely hire them again & highly recommend."

I still cannot get over the exceptional work performed by the two â hard workingâ installers. Everything they did, and I do mean everything was absolutely perfect!!!
