Dave spoke with me and determined that the issue was likely due to a substandard wire from the original system that had corroded. He volunteered that Hidden Fence could come out and bury a new wire, keeping the existing generator and collar at a significantly cheaper cost than purchasing an entirely new system. He turned me over to their installer, Bruce who promptly arranged a time to complete the work. They arrived right on time and worked quickly and efficiently, installing a higher grade wire. The yard barely has any marks in it and the system is working perfectly. My experience with Hidden Fence has been beyond expectations across the board - I would recommend them agin in a heart beat."

"We originally spoke to Peckel and two other contractors in 2009 for an estimate on a new fence, but had decided to hold off on installing one that year. When we decided to go ahead with it this year, we only called Peckels due to the great service we received last year, including the amount of time they had spent with us talking about our plans/options and the very detailed estimate/plans we had received. When they arrived to update our estimate, they had the original plan/estimate in hand and were able to recall our discussion from a year before! We discussed some changes we wanted, some problem areas we hoped they could address, and also were told about this great buy on tongue and groove cedar they had recently received. Due to changes to our original fence design and the great buy on wood, the estimate came down almost $2000, so we were very pleased. They also noted that we had dogs, so that they would have to work fast to get the old fence down and the new one up. They estimated they could begin the work in 3 weeks and were right on target. They removed our old chain link and installed the new posts in about a day and half. The cement work around the base of the posts was very professionally finished off and the posts were perfectly aligned. As they began the fence installation, they ran into a few problems in our yard that changed the originally plan, but made sure to reach out to us to discuss our options befpre proceeding. The fence installation took about 2? days, and we couldn't be happier! Our yard is not level, sloping down in one corner, and they did an incredible job adjusting the fence to match the slope while keeping the top line laser leveled. We also had requested a double gate along the back to allow us to open up the fence to throw snow off our driveway, and they created a great double gate for just that. They knew the reason for the new fence was one of our dogs, who fancies himself an escape artist, and took great care to ensure any opening was small enough to prevent his escape (so far he has searched every corner with no success!). They also took great care to finish off our neighbors chain links fences to not leave any gaps for them, which we (and they) greatly appreciated. The finished product is great! We love the look of it and the craftmanship! Everyone we dealt with at Peckels was professional and considerate - always thanking us for the work. This was one of the best experiences we have ever had with a contractor, and would definitely recommend them to friends/family or hire them again."

"Working with Artistic Fence was a great experience.  We needed a fence that could contain a dog that can climb chain link, but didn't want a privacy fence to cut us off from our neighbors.  Amy from Artistic Fence came and looked over our property, talked about our options for our fence, and wrote out a bid right there.  She answered all my questions, and was very helpful and professional.  Their bid came in on the low end of the quotes we got.  Their building timeline was reasonable, even though it was the busy season for new fences, and the folks that came to build the fence where prompt, and impressively efficient.  The fence is exactly what we hoped for, and is beautifully done.  We couldn't be happier with it.

Update: A few months after the fence was installed, a few of the wooden caps that cover the fence posts began to split, assumedly because of water.  I called them, they sent someone out, and replaced the broken parts free of charge under the warranty."

"I was not totally happy with the final performance. After they preformed the dry wall work, the painter came to start his work.  The painter explained the work was not up to specification. However, I worked with Cady Handyman over the phone to resolve the issue. They acknowledged everything was not as good as it could have been.  They resolved the issue as best as they could. They even offered for someone to return and make the repairs. I declined because the painter was ready to paint the following day."

"Hoffman Weber Construction did an excellent job. I expected the work to be of high quality because I knew that they have a good reputation, but I didn't expect the incredible service and attention I received. There had to be thousands of houses across a couple cities with the same damage I got, so I figured naturally the whole process would take some time and I'd just have to be patient. I was working with Brian Thole from Hoffman during this whole process and thinking back, I don't think I had to wait more than 5-10 minutes for a reply to anything I asked him. I have no idea how he juggled all the work he had from the storm, but he did without any issues whatsoever. My roof was one of the first ones fixed in my neighborhood, my siding done shortly after that, then the various small tasks were completed not long after that. The entire time I was getting calls from Hoffman Weber checking in to see if I had any needs or concerns, or to give me an update on when to expect certain things to happen. I noticed Brian stopped over quite frequently to make sure progress was being made and the work was being done well. One time I was outside to meet with him and he made mention that he had already put on several hundreds of miles on his car that morning (driving to check on all of his customers) and it was a Saturday. After the storm, I felt pretty overwhelmed with everything I had to do, but it turns out all I had to do was call my insurance to file a claim and hire Hoffman Weber. They took care of everything. I strongly recommend Hoffman Weber. They've put together a very impressive team of people and the work they do looks great!"

"The exterior of our house was in desperate need of a paint job. We chose Nagel Painting because they were very prompt and thorough when coming out to give an estimate.
They began the project by scraping, repairing, and then priming the house. All of the extra time and effort really showed in the end result. 
Also, they did a phenomenal job of keeping the yard clean. While scraping, they carefully vacuumed and removed any & all paint chips. Each day the yard was picked-up and all equipment was put away. I was amazed by their attention to detail!
