The other feature that is not fully understood by many is that it is always best to use someone that has only one purpose in mind and that is to get the drain cleaned and inspected and has no reason to up sell you on some repairs or replacement that you don’t need. That why we use them as a plumbing company and recommend them to our valued clients. "I have used Roto-Rooter before and I was glad during this visit that I had. Brian was able to tell me that it had been 2 years since they were last out so perhaps the main line should be cleared in case a back-up had caused the cap to come off. He found roots (main) and lint (floor drain to main line) so it was good to do this before I had water all over the basement floor. Tomorrow, a representative will come out and use a camera on the main line - a service now included in the drain clearing. Brian was polite, friendly and helpful. He was careful not to track snow and dirt into the house."

During the initial visit, Mike gave me a thorough, complete, and prompt estimate educating me on my current electrical system and the work to be done. Bob was responsive, friendly, flexible and easy to work with during the scheduling and billing process. Joe and Brian were friendly and professional explaining the work and answering all my questions. They communicated clearly through the whole process. Joe and Brian worked so hard to upgrade our electrical panel from fuses to breakers. They also installed an outdoor meter on the side of our house. They were very thorough and took their time to make sure the work was done right. They worked from 8 am to 6ish pm the first day. Then they came back the next morning to finish the work once again making sure everything was done properly. I even got estimates for more electrical work we need to get done! I highly recommend Randy's Electric and the professionals I referred to above."
