But I can work on existing electrical and existing plumbing. \nI try to work 5 to 6 days a week, I offer free quotes. My typical hours run between 8 and 9, to 3 to 4. For most jobs I charge by the hour, material costs are on the client, and I have a general contract everybody signs.

He caulked bath tub and wash basin, primed and painted several windows and the walls of a room, repaired a broken hearth tile, installed sliding door pulls, and cleaned bathroom sink traps. He always asked permission to buy anything extra and gave a detailed invoice with the receipts of purchases at the end of his service. My husband and I have set another date for more services.
