"The work went great. The crew was professional, they arrived on time, and they were very neat. The gutters and gutter guards look fantastic and believe it or not, actually make the front of the house look better than it did before. The job I had was a bit unique in that I have several cut-outs in the overhang. I had several other estimates where they wanted to ignore the cutouts and just put a straight gutter on the fascia board. Bruce Andrews seamless gutters actually took the time to design a plan that addressed the cutouts and included them as part of the project. The result was a much more professional job."

"NJR Gutters did my job on time and at the bid price. The installers were friendly and efficient; they left the job site clean."

"A+ review for William and the KeyPrime team! About a year ago, we purchased a historic house that was in need of several major repairs. The roof was over 20 years old and had not been done properly before, which had caused the wood soffits, eves, and fascias to rot. Squirrels and bats had started getting in through the rotted wood, and the gutters were falling off the house. We interviewed a lot of companies and received numerous bids. It was a complex project, and we wanted it done well + affordably (a difficult combination to achieve). We also needed all the work to conform to the historic register requirements and be approved by the historic preservation committee. When William came out and discussed the project, we were immediately impressed. He demonstrated a deep understanding of the intricacies that the project would involve, and was able to explain things to us simply and clearly. He was patient and took the time to answer all our questions, so that we understood all our options and felt comfortable with the proposal. He also helped us to make informed decisions about where to cut costs in order to keep the project within our budget, as well as where it was worth it to spend the money and not cut corners. The project itself went very smoothly. Everyone on the team was friendly, and they worked very efficiently. A few times when questions or concerns came up, I called William and they were addressed immediately. One of our big worries when we started the project was that a company was going to come in with a low bid and then raise the price with “surprises” once the project started. William was very up front with the pricing, and let us know what would happen if they uncovered anything unexpected after the roof was opened up. Thankfully, no surprises were found, and we were billed the exact amount that we were initially quoted! A few small unexpected things even came up during the project that they could have easily “nickel and dimed” us for, but they just took care of them without any additional charges. The new roof, soffits, eves, fascia, and gutters that KeyPrime installed look great, and we are extremely happy! They did a great job restoring the beauty to our historic house. Our experience with KeyPrime was exceptional from start to finish, and we look forward to working with them again on future projects."

"Overall a good job. They were able to finish in a day plus a a couple hours the next morning. They look nice but there are a few areas where the gutters are not level, tilted, or gaps. Cutting and angles on a few were a little messy and not seamless. I?m happ with the gutter covers, but again a few area where the covers are not uniform in their transition from one to another and shingles are lifted. Plan to call back and have a few things fixed."

"This company has been very flexible with my request. Always willing to come and discuss the work in person. Always professional, helpful and pleasant to work with, which is not easy to find these days. I appreciate that with RC Seamless Gutters. They are replacing 4" gutters with 6" gutters"

"Their response was quick and repaired my roof within 48 hours. I was pleased with the quick completion of the repair."

"We recently hired this company for gutter installation and gutter guards, and the experience was great from start to finish. They responded quickly, explained all the options clearly, and gave a fair quote. The crew arrived on time, worked professionally, and cleaned everything up after the job was done. The new gutters look amazing and work perfectly. We already noticed a huge difference during the rain. Highly recommend them if you need gutter replacement or gutter installation in the area!"

"I cleaned the gutters to make sure that wasn't contributing to the problem so when the problem continued with the heavy rains I called Tom and left a message. He called later that evening and left a message. I returned his call the following morning and left another message. He left another message stating he would get back to me to let me know when he could come out. Four days went by (over a weekend) before ain't heard from him again. He left a message that he would be at my house at 9:00 the following morning. He showed up at 10:00. During this time I also contacted the other business partner. He was driving when I called so he said he would return my call within a half hour. I never heard from him again. The original experience I had with this company was outstanding. They were prompt, professional and their work was excellent. I truly appreciate Tom coming to recognize that I failed to clean a small downspout and hopefully rectifying my problem. He didn't charge anything for the 10-15 minutes he was here. However, I was frustrated with the communication issues and his tardiness in arriving an hour late when he finally came. It seems to me that improving this one area of his business would drastically improve customer satisfaction.
