"Used Chris for a refresh on our house several years ago and when we decided to go bigger, reached out to him first. After discussion, decided to go with not only a bigger house, but an ADU and a larger garage this entailed demolishing the existing garage structure stretching the house back 10 feet and adding a second story and building a two-story ADU in our yard. As I imagine with a lot of projects, this large, the city has been difficult to deal with so make sure that you take that into account when doing something like this.
