"Luis Mercado was very meticulous and professional. He was very neat and tidy and cleaned up very thoroughly when the repair was completed. The repair took the whole day. the result is that where there was a pronounced crack on my granite countertop in front of the sink, it is now fixed and the crack does not show at all! I know that it is there I can see the repair but it is well repaired and polished so imperceptible by someone who doesn't know about the problem. Luis also cleaned and polished the opposite counter. The cost was reasonable and offered a very viable option to changing both counters which would have cost a lot more money. Upon arriving, he told me my counters were Caesarstone and the little chips in it would be hard, if not impossible to repair. Instead, he offered to blend in the chips as best as he could, and did a really wonderful job.  <br /> He also removed the caulking around the stone and applied a matching grout. The two men who came out to do the demolition, Victor and Edwin, were very skilled, while at the same time very friendly and easy to work with. They clearly love their job, and they take pride in doing it well. They are meticulous in their attention to detail and were able to remove the existing countertops without damaging any of our fragile backsplash tiles. Brandon came on Day 2 for installation and he was also wonderful. The countertops look amazing. We love the new look to our kitchen, and the best part was it was hassle-free."
