"Ray is a very busy man but once you work with him you understand why.  We had to wait approximately 2 months for him to get to us but his work was well worth the wait.   He is very conscientious about his work and instills that work ethic in his team members.  He exercised forethought and took pride in preparing for all the different phases of the driveway and the pad.  He even made it his business to constantly watch the weather report, to ensure that it wouldn't rain at the time when cement had just been poured,  as that would mess up the whole project.  We had to extend the project a couple days because of the rain.  <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Once the cement was poured, Ray actually did the final smoothing of the cement himself.  It was like watching an artisan, as he worked.  <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Yes, in order to get started, we had to wait longer than previously anticipated.  However,  we felt  from our initial conversation with Ray, that he was a person who would treat people with the same professionalism and respect that he would expect himself.  We weren't mistaken.  I will offer an example of what I am saying.   Ray had initially scheduled our job to start somewhere around the middle of Sept.  Unfortunately, around the middle of August we were hit with extenuating circumstances that required the completion of our job as soon as humanly possible.  When I explained this challenge to Ray,  he worked things out in a way that got him here a couple weeks earlier.  He was under no obligation to do this but he did and it was greatly appreciated. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> If you are looking for someone who takes pride in their work and tries to satisfy his customers to the best of his ability, then I would definitely consider Culligan Concrete & Masonry.   As long as you don't require that the work is done immediately, you will be pleased that you waited. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Thank you Ray."

"BEYOND MY EXPECTATIONS Express Fencing was exemplary , from the owner, Jenk to the four installers , They went above and beyond in every capacity. I did my homework and got four estimates. Express fencing was competitive with other quotes but offered to do extras , like adapt the fence around my pool heater gas line, straighten out existing fence on one side of yard which was not being replaced , and also fix a gate. I felt that Jenk was honest with his quote right from the start which was not the case with others. The fence looks amazing, perfectly straight and level, which was not easy in my yard around the pool. The actual material of vinyl fencing looks to be of high quality and their workmanship was perfect. The installers, who were polite, prompt and professional worked from daylight to dark (had to put my outside lights on) to get the job done in one day so I would not be inconvenienced a second day. Jenk came by as they finished to make sure the install was perfect and personally put the caps on the posts, then helped to make sure the yard was completely clean. We stopped to talk with him on one of his installs and he was very friendly and hard working. We had him come to our place to install our fence after one of our neighbors used him. His price was better than any other companies that quoted us. He does quality work and stands behind his work. We also had him come back to install a vinyl garbage can enclosure. He told me he would arrive at my home that same day to look at the property and give me an estimate. He was punctual and gave me a written out estimate (not just verbal). They removed snow from the sidewalk, 2 driveways, 2 walkways and front steps. They also removed the snow from our car parked in the driveway. They did not shoot the snow at my neighbors' property, which I appreciate. The price was a little high, but his team did an excellent job and were professional and punctual.
