"I just had Hardick Fence replace my chain link fence, replacing it with a wooden one. I decided to replace it because on one side was an open field, which just bothered me. But it was the other side that was the main reason for replacing the chain link with a wooden one, and that's the vicious dog on the other side of the fence. This dog is always in attack mode. I 1st met with the owner of Hardrick Fence, Manny. I found Manny to be a very nice, and very professional/personable person. He accessed the situation, asked me if I wanted the old chain link taken down, which I did, and gave me a very reasonable estimate to do the job. Before the job started I asked him if he could also replace the chain link gate with a wooden one. He said yes, and we agreed on the added cost of the gate, which was again, very resonable. He and his crew did an excellent job installing the fence."

"First, of the 3 contractors from whom we got estimates, John Garrity spent the most time explaining what he would do, and how, and he paid far more attention to the various details than the other two. Also, especially since the job took 5 full days to complete (and most days were longer than 8 hours), we thought his price was very reasonable. My wife and I also thought that John, Tom and Matt (who have worked with John for many years) were not only very hard working and professional, but all three were friendly, considerate, and very conscientious in their work ethic and affect, i.e., they did an absolutely beautiful and exacting job! (Indeed, I’ll take those 3 any day over other contractor’s host of inexperienced college kids.) They did such an absolutely outstanding job that we really can’t praise the work they did highly enough! In a nutshell, they transformed the appearance of our house from looking old, drab, faded and worn to looking like a new and beautiful house. They really went the extra mile to make everything look perfect. In fact, John even went out to Menards in Avon to get a dozen new shutters for the front and side of the house to replace the old broken and decrepit ones. "Savant did an amazing job on our project. They had the whole job completed in 2.5 days. The pricing was very competitive. We received several quotes for the work and Savant was cheaper than most other contractors. With the service and quality of work we received I would say they are well worth the the cost. We even had some leaking on the garage roof and where other companies had quoted us to replace all of the wood for the roof, Savant was able to replace just the rotted boards and saved us hundreds if not thousands. Excellent work at an excellent price."
